  • Over the past decade I’ve consolidated my skills and design knowledge for my clients so they aren’t fearing months of meetings and endless revisions. So, in this intensive framework, most clients get all their brand assets usually within 30-45 days after our ID Breakdown.

  • Just me, Derek Wakeen. My streamlined process helps maximize the launch cycle for businesses without the bureaucracy or timeline of a large firm. Working one-on-one with my clients ensures we can stay efficient through delivery.

  • There are no refunds. But that’s by design. My guarantee is that we will strategize, create, and launch a fantastic and distinct brand for your business, faster and more efficiently than the more expensive alternatives.

  • You can either purchase an ID Breakdown or VIP Day outright. Alternatively, if we feel a Brand Package is the right next step for your business, there are two payment options: 100% payment in full before we start, or 50% down today and 50% due 2 days before our Intensive session (usually 30 days apart).

  • Everything I do is based around front-loading on your new brand, which optimizes our relationship and helps deliver your assets in a lightweight and nimble way.

    What I don’t do: Install signage or physical displays. Order material samples or manage printers. Complex and robust e-commerce websites. App or gaming design. Brand maintenance or social campaigns.

  • First we schedule a Fit Call to determine if I can in fact help you, and you feel it’s natural to move forward together. Then we build you a personalized blueprint that gets you into clarity-thinking, and allows me to design your brand with authority and confidence. Finally, we will have an Intensive 1-2 day session where we present the brand together and make any last changes before we hand over your assets, website, packaging etc.
